You'll get: PT-141, sold as Vyleesi, is FDA approved for low sexual desire in women who have not reached menopause.
Bremelanotide (PT-141) is FDA approved as Vyleesi for low sexual desire in premenopausal women, on two trials in 1,267 women. Not for men. Grade A.

Why a peptide site with no doses
Almost every peptide page on the internet pairs a paragraph of animal data with a dosing table, a reconstitution calculator and a link to a seller. FDA reads that combination as marketing an unapproved drug for human use, and so do we. Of the fourteen substances covered here, two are FDA-approved products with labels, one was an approved product that was discontinued, and eleven have never been reviewed by FDA as medicines. Ten of the fourteen appear on FDA's compounding safety-concern page. That is the reference this site keeps.
How to use it
Start with the evidence grade lookup, then read the peptide page for the trial list and the regulatory timeline. The methodology page explains the A to D scale and the X flag. If you have been prescribed one of the two approved products, the storage and handling guide walks through the label's own storage rules, and the storage-life countdown counts down to the beyond-use date your pharmacy printed.
